SS Birthday Art Party

Most of you know that I love a good party! 

So, when an old colleague and friend of mine called up asking me to host an art party, I jumped at the opportunity.

This group was one of my hardest working, enthusiastic groups to date.

They each took van Gogh's 'Sunflowers'(1888) in a completely different direction, had fun with it, and did an absolutely amazing job.

Thank you Bridget for thinking of me and happy birthday to Stephanie!

AOAC + 5 Corner's Collaboration

This was the house of my first official AOAC event, and I love these people to death!

Kathy is the most gracious host, and Paul is an amazing CIA Chef.

It was a beautiful day in Old Forge, and these lovely ladies came to spend the day learning a new craft. 

Check out this great venue, the amazing food and how well everyone did!

Completed Works!

I'm so proud that these guys completed such a large and complex painting! 

It took many hours of dedication and hard work, and they should all be very proud of their accomplishments. 

All of these people had never or hadn't painted in years; 

This is a great testament that anyone can learn to be an artist!

Great job friends!  

Please note that if you did not finish your painting at any event, I welcome you to join us at future events to complete your canvas!

 and I will bring you an easel and your supplemental information if you have misplaced yours.  

You will be responsible for the food/drink portion of the cost, but the painting portion and instruction will be on me!
